Returns
In accordance with consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within
14 calendar days from the day you received the product, without giving any reason.
Return procedure — step by step
Fill in the return form – available in the website footer, in the order confirmation e-mail or inside the package (for Partner Products). If the form was not provided, please contact Customer Care.
Pack the product carefully – use the original packaging if available, or a sturdy box. The product must not be damaged or show signs of use beyond normal testing.
Include the completed return form in the package.
Send the package to the return address below. We recommend a registered shipment for security.
Once we receive and verify the returned product, Mommybag will issue a refund within 2–3 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase (unless you explicitly request another method with no extra costs).

Important information
The 14-day period is counted from the day you received the product.
The package must be properly secured – Mommybag is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging.
Refunds are granted only for products returned with a completed return form.

All complaints – whether concerning Mommybag’s own Products or Partner Products – are handled directly by Mommybag to ensure the highest service standards.
Every complaint is reviewed within 14 calendar days.

Complaint procedure
Customer Care may decide based on the description and photos provided by the Client,
or, if necessary, request that the product be returned for assessment.
If the complaint is accepted:
a refund will be issued within 2–3 business days,
or – with the Client’s consent – the product will be replaced with a new one.
Exchanges
For the convenience of our Clients, we allow product exchanges within
14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Once your request is approved, return the product to the return address (same as for returns):
