After the complaint is positively reviewed, we will send you a free DHL return label. Please wait for our instructions before sending the parcel.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Processing time: The complaint will be reviewed within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt. Lack of response within this time means the complaint is accepted.
Liability period: We are responsible for non-conformity of the goods with the contract revealed within 2 years from the date of delivery.
Costs: In the case of a justified complaint, we cover all costs related to its processing, including the return shipping cost.
