We offer a convenient and secure payment method. Orders in our store can currently be paid for by credit / debit card processed via Elavon (Converge), including cards such as Visa and Mastercard. Below you will find information about the available payment method and transaction processing.

You can pay for your order by credit or debit card. Card payments are processed by Elavon (Converge). Supported card brands may include, in particular, Visa and Mastercard.
If the card payment is successfully authorised, the order may be processed immediately. In the event of payment refusal, interruption, or failed authorisation, the order will not be completed until a valid payment has been successfully made.

All prices in the mommybag.pl store are gross prices — they include VAT. The price shown next to the product is the final price you will pay for the product.
Currency: All prices are expressed in euro (EUR).
Delivery: Free of charge — we do not add any shipping costs.
Hidden fees: None — we do not apply any additional handling, service, or other hidden charges.
REFUND OF FUNDS
The Seller refunds payments using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different refund method that does not involve any costs for them.

Order processing begins after successful authorisation of the transaction.
VAT INVOICES
For each order, we issue a VAT invoice. The invoice is sent automatically to the e-mail address provided when placing the order — you will receive it after the order has been completed and shipped.
Invoice for a company: If you need an invoice with company details (Tax ID / NIP), provide them when placing your order in the “Order notes” field or in the dedicated company details field. Please provide: company name, registered address, and Tax ID / NIP.
PAYMENT ISSUES
If your payment has not been completed, please check:
- Whether you have sufficient funds in your bank account or on your card
- Whether your card details were entered correctly
- Whether the payment has already been authorised
- Whether your bank or card issuer has not declined the transaction
