3. Pack the product properly (we recommend the original packaging).
4. Send the parcel to our warehouse address.
5. Keep the proof of shipment until the return process is completed.

Product condition: The product should be unused, complete (with tags and accessories). You may unpack and inspect the product in the same way as you would in a physical store.

What we refund: The product price and the cost of the original delivery (if charged).
