BANK TRANSFER

TRADITIONAL BANK TRANSFER
If you prefer a classic bank transfer, you can choose this option when placing your order. After placing the order, you will receive an e-mail with the transfer details: bank account number, amount to be paid, and transfer title (order number).
Important: Order processing will begin after the payment has been credited to our bank account. The booking time depends on your bank and usually takes from a few minutes (instant transfers) to 1–2 business days (standard transfers).

PRICES AND CURRENCY
All prices in the mommybag.pl store are gross prices — they include VAT (23%). The price shown next to the product is the final price you will pay for the product.
Currency: All prices are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN). Delivery: Free of charge — we do not add any shipping costs. Hidden fees: None — we do not apply any additional handling, service, or other hidden charges.
REFUND OF FUNDS
The Seller refunds payments using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different refund method that does not involve any costs for them.
WHEN PAYMENT IS COLLECTED
Order processing begins after payment confirmation. In the case of a traditional bank transfer — after the funds have been credited.
VAT INVOICES
For each order, we issue a VAT invoice. The invoice is sent automatically to the e-mail address provided when placing the order — you will receive it after the order has been completed and shipped.
Invoice for a company: If you need an invoice with company details (Tax ID / NIP), provide them when placing the order in the “Order notes” field or in the dedicated company details field. Please provide: company name, registered address, and Tax ID / NIP.
