SHIPMENT TRACKING
After your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a shipment tracking number. Thanks to this, you can check the delivery status on an ongoing basis on the carrier’s website. The tracking link will be included in the shipment confirmation e-mail.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day (Monday or the first business day after the holiday).

If the ordered product is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you promptly by e-mail or phone to arrange the next steps (waiting for delivery or order cancellation with refund).
Checking the parcel upon delivery
We recommend checking the condition of the package in the presence of the courier. In the event of visible mechanical damage (crushing, tearing, signs of flooding), please prepare a damage report with the courier and contact us immediately. This will facilitate the handling of any complaint.
