Standard delivery time

The delivery time consists of two stages:

1. Order preparation: 1–2 business days (picking and packing).
2. Courier transport: 4–10 business days (depending on the destination country).

Total estimated time: 5–12 business days.

The exact estimated delivery time is always provided:
• on each product page,
• in the Delivery section on the Platform,
• in the e-mail confirming acceptance of the order for processing.

Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to follow the shipment status.

Responsibility and on-time guarantee

Mommybag, as the Platform Operator, ensures compliance with declared delivery times and is responsible for timely delivery of both its own Products and Partner Products.

• In case of risk of delay, we immediately inform the Client and request explicit consent for extending the delivery time.
• If the Client does not consent – we refund the full amount of the order within 2–3 business days.

Important delivery information

• Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete (full name, street, number, postal code, city, country, phone).
• Upon receipt, you may check the condition of the package; in case of damage, ask the courier to prepare a damage report and contact our Customer Care.
• During peak seasons (e.g. holidays) or in force majeure situations, delivery time may be extended – you will always be informed by e-mail or via a notice on the Platform (with the option to cancel and receive an immediate refund).
